1. You can't get your dream body with cardio alone.

2. Today you think that burning fat is your main goal, but you will realise that your body needs more muscle mass. During and after weight loss, think about maintaining/building muscle.

3. You can't lose fat in the "problem zone" with any specific exercise, a calorie deficit, i.e. weight loss, is necessary.

4. The exercise you are doing burns much fewer calories than you think or the device/watch shows.

5. Exercising on an empty stomach does not burn so many calories that it is worth getting up or getting sick or postponing work because of it (exercise on an empty stomach if you enjoy it).

6. Rest, if you don't rest, you will burn out.

7. Exercising every day will not bring rapid progress, if you can exercise every day, you are most likely not doing it well.

8. The more the better is not right. Exercise less, but more effort is more effective.

9. Walking is the most underrated physical activity, if you can't exercise, walk a lot, if you exercise, walk anyway.

10. A balanced diet is necessary for any goal, the most difficult thing is to get enough protein, but it is also the most important thing to get the desired body.

11. You will not achieve your goal, you will not lose weight, you will not gain weight, you will not get stronger, etc. If this is not systematic, if you do not develop a culture of nutrition, exercise and correct habits, you will not achieve your goal or will achieve for short period of time.
