2. Single Product Shipping:

  • ASAP Delivery: For single product orders, we offer an ASAP (As Soon As Possible) delivery option. This means your selected item will be delivered promptly, typically within the shortest available time slot.

3. Delivery Zones:

  • Local Delivery: We currently offer delivery within specified local zones. Please check our website or contact customer service to confirm if we deliver to your area.

4. Order Tracking:

  • Order Status Updates: For both menu and single product orders, we provide timely updates on the status of your order. While real-time tracking is not available, you will receive notifications regarding the processing, dispatch, and estimated time of arrival for your delivery.

5. Delivery Charges:

  • Free Menu Shipping: Menu orders enjoy complimentary shipping.

  • Single Product Shipping: A standard delivery fee may apply to single product orders. The fee will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.

  • Single Product Orders: ASAP orders cannot be rescheduled once confirmed. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

  • No Signature Required: Our deliveries do not require a signature upon receipt. However, please ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery at the provided address.
