We offer a personalised 7-day programme. You will complete a detailed questionnaire, on the basis of which a fully individual 7-day plan is created, helping you identify the possible causes of bloating and take steps toward reducing them.

The plan includes:

  • Analysis of your diet – what may be causing the bloating.
  • Identification of foods that may be specifically problematic for you.
  • Fluid intake recommendations – how much, when, and what type of fluid you should be drinking.
  • Assessment of meal timing and eating patterns, with adjustments where needed.
  • Discussion of the effect of salt, carbohydrates, and alcohol on your body.
  • Assessment of your sleep routine and its possible impact on fluid retention.
  • Physical activity recommendations.
  • Assessment of the possible impact of stress and cortisol, and a look at the daily habits that help regulate them.
  • A 7-day personalised menu.
